Q: Are your morel mushrooms wild or cultivated?

All our morel mushrooms are 100% wild-sourced. They grow naturally in forest environments and are not artificially cultivated.

All our morels are naturally dried to preserve flavor, aroma, and shelf life.

We offer multiple grades, including Finest (Special), Industrial (Stem Attached), B Grade, and Mini Special, allowing customers to choose based on use and budget.

SOURCING & SAFETY

Q: How should dried morel mushrooms be used?

Dried morels should be soaked in lukewarm water for 20–30 minutes, rinsed, and cooked thoroughly before use.
