1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear proof (photos or videos) is provided

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

2. 48-Hour Return Policy (Strict)

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Required Proof

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Original order number

  • Description of the issue

Requests without proof will be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed food products

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference issues

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delays caused by courier services

5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong item

Please contact us immediately within 48 hours with proof.

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (case-dependent)

7. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, we will guide you accordingly

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  • Customers must not return products without approval
